개인정보처리방침

colla 가 무엇을 받고, 어디에 쓰고, 언제 지우는지 적어뒀어요. 짧게 읽히도록 썼습니다.

1. 받는 정보

필수
이메일 · 비밀번호 — 비밀번호는 암호화(bcrypt)해서 저장해요. 원문은 저희도 못 봅니다. 카카오·구글로 로그인하면 비밀번호는 아예 안 받아요.
선택
사는 나라·도시, 국적 — 안 적어도 서비스는 그대로 씁니다.
자동
페이지 방문·클릭 통계 — 어떤 블록이 몇 번 눌렸는지 숫자만 셉니다. 방문자가 누구인지는 식별하지 않아요.

2. 쓰는 곳

  • 계정과 페이지를 만들고 운영하는 데 씁니다.
  • 로그인, 비밀번호 재설정 같은 계정 복구에 씁니다.
  • 마케팅 동의를 한 분에게만 — colla 소식과 제휴 추천을 보냅니다. 동의는 언제든 뺄 수 있어요.

3. 보관 기간

  • 탈퇴하면 계정·페이지·콘텐츠·예약 신청을 즉시 지웁니다. 따로 보관하지 않아요.
  • 방문 통계는 누가 봤는지가 아니라 몇 번 눌렸는지만 세는 숫자라, 개인정보가 아닙니다. 그래서 탈퇴 뒤에도 개인과 연결되지 않습니다.
  • 페이지로 들어온 예약 신청은 그 페이지 주인이 직접 보고 지웁니다. 지우고 싶으면 페이지 주인에게 말해 주세요.

4. 남에게 주는지

제3자에게 파는 일도, 넘기는 일도 없습니다.

다만 서비스를 돌리려고 아래 두 곳에 보관을 맡깁니다.

5. 이용자 권리

내 정보를 보고, 고치고, 지우고, 마케팅 동의를 뺄 수 있어요. 전부 편집기 안에서 됩니다.

편집기 → 🔒 계정 → 마케팅 수신 동의 토글 · 비밀번호 변경 · 회원 탈퇴

6. 방문자 추적

쿠키도, 광고 식별자도 안 씁니다. 블록이 몇 번 눌렸는지 익명으로 셀 뿐이에요.

Privacy Policy

What colla collects, what it is used for, and when it is deleted.

1. What we collect

Required
Email and password — passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt); we never see the original. Sign in with Kakao or Google and we collect no password at all.
Optional
Country and city of residence, nationality — leave them blank and everything still works.
Automatic
Page views and clicks — counts only. We do not identify individual visitors.

2. How we use it

  • To create and run your account and page.
  • For sign-in and account recovery such as password reset.
  • Only if you opted in: colla news and partner recommendations. You can opt out at any time.

3. Retention

  • Delete your account and we erase the account, page, content and booking requests immediately.
  • Visit statistics are anonymous counts, not personal data, so they are never tied back to a person.
  • Booking requests sent to a page are managed and deleted by that page's owner. Ask the owner to remove them.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or hand your data to third parties.

We do rely on two processors to run the service.

5. Your rights

You can view, correct and delete your data, and withdraw marketing consent — all inside the editor.

6. Visitor tracking

No cookies, no ad identifiers. Just anonymous counts of how often a block was tapped.
